Google Ads Integration

Connect FormTrackr with Google Ads to automatically upload offline conversions and optimize your campaigns.

Overview

FormTrackr's Google Ads integration allows you to automatically upload offline conversions to Google Ads. This helps Google's Smart Bidding algorithms optimize for leads that actually convert, not just form submissions.

Setup

The Google Ads integration is configured during onboarding. You'll be guided through:

  1. Connecting your Google Ads account via OAuth
  2. Selecting your Google Ads customer account
  3. Mapping conversion actions to lead statuses (MQL, SQL, WON)
  4. Configuring conversion value settings

You can also manage your Google Ads integration from the Integrations page in your dashboard.

How It Works

When a lead reaches a configured status (MQL, SQL, or WON), FormTrackr automatically uploads it as an offline conversion to Google Ads using the GCLID (Google Click ID) captured when the lead first visited your site.

Conversions are uploaded hourly via a cron job, ensuring your Google Ads account receives up-to-date conversion data for optimization.
